Lesson #023, Continuation of Hammer-On Discussions
Hi All,
Continuing on with the hammer-ons, here is another lick using the hammer-on. This time we are using it on the second string from the second to third fret. We are starting to build some licks now with this example. This lick is incorporating a pattern built from the forward roll, then applying the hammer-on technique to it. If you'd like to try another way to play this lick, try lifting your third finger of your left hand after the two hammer ons, and playing the forward roll open on those same strings. You will have the opening lick to the all famous Foggy Mountain Breakdown!
